How many tickets can I buy?+

As many as you want, up to whatever is left in the raffle. Some raffles have a cap on total tickets, others are uncapped — the live count is shown on each raffle page.

What happens if a raffle does not sell out?+

The draw still happens at the scheduled time as long as the raffle was live. If the raffle was cancelled, every buyer is refunded in full.

When does the draw happen?+

Every raffle has a scheduled draw date listed on the page and at checkout. Draws happen live on stream so you can watch in real time.

How will I know if I won?+

Winners get an email the moment the draw ends. We will also reach out for shipping details and a photo of you with the prize once it arrives.

Where do you ship?+

United States only for now. International shipping is on the roadmap.

Are tickets refundable?+

All sales are final once the raffle is drawn. Before the draw, tickets are refundable if the raffle is cancelled for any reason.
